Steve Jobs has a knack for throwing off Apple watchers with his masterful misdirections. When talking to The New York Times in January 2008, he commented on Amazon's Kindle in an ironic tone: "Forty percent of the people in the U.S. read one book or less last year. The whole conception (e-book) is flawed at the top because people don’t read anymore." Two years later, Jobs announced iBooks, a free iPad app defined as "a novel way to buy and read books" by Apple.

史蒂夫·乔布斯拥有一种神力，能够在故左右而言他之间把苹果信众们忽悠得云深不知处。2008年1月在接受《纽约时报》采访时，他对亚马逊的 Kindle 发表了如下充满讽刺意味的评论：「四成美国人每年的阅读量不超过一本书。(电子书)这个概念从头到尾就是一个错误，因为人们已经不再阅读了。」两年之后，乔布斯发布了一款名叫「iBooks」的免费 iPad 应用，苹果公司将其定义为「买书和读书的创新方式」。

In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine in 2009, Bob Dylan publicly criticize the iPod generation: "It’s peculiar and unnerving in a way to see so many young people walking around with iPods in their ears. It robs them of their self-identity. It’s a shame to see them so tuned out to real life." But don't forget, in August 2006, an iPod commercial was introduced through an ad for Bob Dylan's album Modern Times available in the music store. It's now pretty interesting to see Bob Dylan singing "Well you take my money and you turn it out" in the video.

You may have seen slogans like "We [heart] Apple. We [heart] Choice." on Apple's fan sites for millions of times. However, things turn out to be weird if you find the same words in a marketing campaign driven by Adobe. Though "95% apps in App Store are approved in seven days", there's still something missing. A war ignited after Apple formally announced that it would not support Adobe's Flash Technology on the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad devices.

你可能已经在苹果的粉丝网站上看过几百万次「我们爱苹果。我们爱选择权。」之类的标语了。但是如果你在一个由 Adobe 发起的市场营销活动中看到类似的字眼，相信你还是会觉得有些古怪。虽然乔布斯说，「应用商店里 95% 的程序都在一周之内审批通过了」，但是还是有一些重要的程序没有展现在用户受众。在苹果公司宣布他们不会在 iPhone、iPod Touch 和 iPad 等各种设备上支持 Adobe 的 Flash 技术之后，两家公司之间的战争就被点燃了。

[Spolier Alert] Oceanic Airlines Flight 815 was a scheduled flight from Sydney to Los Angeles, on a Boeing 777 owned by Oceanic Airlines. Under mysterious circumstances, on September 22, 2004, the airliner, carrying 324 passengers, deviated from its original course and disappeared over the Pacific Ocean. This is the central moment in the series Lost and the personal chronological beginning of the main characters' exploits on the Island.

[小心剧透] 2004 年 9 月 22 日，一架由大洋航空公司拥有的波音 777 客机，由悉尼飞往洛杉矶。在神秘莫测的环境下，飞机忽然偏离了航向，消逝在太平洋上空。在媒体口中，这次消失之旅被称为「大洋航空 815 号航班」。意外坠机构成了整部《迷失》的故事核心，所有角色的悲欢离合由此展开。

[Previously on LOST 迷失年代] The Numbers 神秘数字

[Spolier Alert] The Numbers 4 8 15 16 23 42 are a major recurring theme in Lost. The Numbers were first featured prominently in the Season 1 episode "Numbers" as the winning lottery numbers that made Hurley a multi-millionaire. In the second season, it was revealed that the Numbers are the code that must be entered into the computer in the Swan every 108 minutes (4+8+15+16+23+42=108). The numbers were featured in the final season when Jack learned that if the Lighthouse mirror were turned to a certain degree, it would show the lives of a particular person. The people who were shown at 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, and 42 were the remaining candidates to replace Jacob.

[小心剧透] 神秘数字 4 8 15 16 23 42 是《迷失》一剧中最重要的神秘主题。在第一季「神秘数字」一集中，Hurley 因为用这串数字购买彩票而成为了百万富翁。在第二季中，这组数字每隔 108 分钟就必须被输入计算机中一次(4+8+15+16+23+42=108)。在最后一季中，Jack 登上灯塔，发现有一面镜子，转到特定的角度就会显示出特定的人物。在4、8、15、16、23、42这几个角度上的人物，就是 Jacob 的继任者。
